A Veteran somewhere helps HELP!

Troubled VeteranIf you or someone you know is a combat veteran then you know that it isn’t always easy to transition from combat back to civilian life. Your experiences as a veteran may give you a different perspective than the people around you. And trauma related to war and combat can lead to post-traumatic stress, depression and hopelessness.

We owe a great deal to the heroes who have sacrificed so much for us. If you’re one of those veterans and you’re having a hard time, you can find some information and resources that can help by clicking on “Feel Better.” It’s OK to ask for help – getting support is an important part of staying strong and feeling better.

If you need to talk to someone immediately, call the Veteran’s Crisis Line for a free, confidential conversation. You can call 1-800-273-8255 and Press 1chat online, or send a text message to 838255.

You can also make donation to Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association Chapter 27-5. Unless otherwise designated your contribution will go to help an area veteran in Tidewater Virginia.
